Like it or not, I have a massive obsession with headbands, yes, yes, worn hippie style, for lack of better description…  Unfortunately for some, like my best friend Kiki, it’s not a new thing, brought on by celebrity trend.  For as long as I can remember, I have been sitting in Kiki’s sewing sweatshop and tying loose scraps around my head.  It’s like some weird security blanket/thinking cap vibe that draws me to it every time.  Kiki would always scream, “take that thing off your head!!!” and it wasn’t until it became a mainstream trend that she allowed me to wear one out of the sweatshop into the public.  Needless to say, I am thrilled at the variety of headbands now available to me and other hippies at heart like me…

In Miami last spring I picked up the dopest chain and ribbon headband (pictured at the top of this post) that myself and my friends have worn so much that it has unfortunately tarnished, tear.  But just as I was going to head back to Kiki’s sweatshop and round me up a few scraps I stumbled upon Mischa Barton’s new headband colabo with jewelry designer Stacey Lapadis.  AMAZING!  Check it out!  Rope and CrystalBraided Headband, you are my obsession… Goodbye!
