daily detox diva diary!
I lost 5 pounds an inch off my waist and my boo-teh! yippie! Â
This cleanse is pretty awesome. Â If you’re stuck at a weight loss plateau or just wanna kick some bad eating habits, you should give it a whirl! Â This is the first time I’ve ever tried something like this and I’m super glad I did it this way and not with some super weirdo hot pepper lemonade. Â For me, this cleanse is more about achieving sustainable goals because my biggest fear would be to loose a ton of weight just to put it back on and then some. Â
The one thing I miss sooo much is cheese. I love it so much and don’t discriminate on the type. To quote the funniest line from a Trey Songs remix to Paper Planes “Swiss, Provalone, Monterey, Mozzarella Whateva!!!” I don’t think they are talkin about the kind of cheese I’m talkin about but whatevs, its still pretty funny.Â
Â
But this cleanse has made me realize that I eat waaaaay too much and can live my life quite happily eating a quarter of the amount I used to eat! YAY!

I am defo gonna try this… if working out doesn’t work out lol
it seems so reasonable: the drink, the meal, the snacks – it seems like training on how to eat healty not a crash diet or crazy faux “diets”
Clap clap to coco and lowe for keeping it up [and losing weight not that you needed too] {applause}
