travel: VEGAS!
Lowe and I looooove Vegas!! Â We have been there together twice for the Magic Show Clothing Convention and several times on our own. Â I feel like Vegas is one of those places that you just have to see for yourself and you either LOVE it or HATE it, there really isn’t any in between. Â So since we love it with all our hearts (and it’s cheaper than usual to go there right now) we thought we would share some of our fave spots!
Â
STAY:
Â
Big, spacious, sumptuous rooms. Â Tao nightclub and Tao Beach (day club, if that term exists), amazing shopping, indoor gondola rides(only in Vegas…), and much, much more!Â
Every room is a suite!  Access to a man made beach and a private 21 and over pool.  A feel of a small boutique style hotel (which is hard to come by in Vegas) And home to our FAVORITE resto in Vegas, MIX!  Soooo Delicious and Gorge!!!
Â
Â
My favorite Alain Ducasse resto and it just received another Michelin star!Â
If they still have it, try the Bison… Â Don’t question, just try. Â
Play:Â
So in Vegas, sleep is kind of a waste of time LOL. Â The day parties are almost as fun as the parties at night! Â The MGM just opened Wet Republic. Â 53, 000 square feet of the maximum ‘daylife’ experience. Â 10 pools (2 saltwater), cabanas, VIP bungalows, amazing day beds, the list goes on and on!
Â
Tao Beach is a definite fave of ours! Â Cabanas are stocked with flat screens, dvd players and xbox 360′s plus a library of games and movies (for those who need a break from the sun) plus they are air conditioned. Â The party is so LIVE!!! If you’re looking for a relaxing day by the pool, DO NOT go to TAO! LOL! Â But if you are looking to have the time of your life, strap on your pool duds and head on over. Â Watch out for the Tequila popsicles, the WILL lay you out!! Â
Â
Â
Â
Once you’ve had a little power nap it’s party time alllll over again! Â Here are some of our favorite spots
Located in the Planet Hollywood Hotel, Prive is the only club in Vegas to have a celebrity host every night they are open. Â This place is so fun with amazing booths that have prime views of the dance floor. Â A floor to ceiling wall of fire, crystal chandeliers, pucci fabric decor and a pumpin system playing the best music! Â Plus one of our besties Ania works there, so if you ever need a table hit her up here: (702) 427-7702
Â
Â
Â
The newest club from the Wynn famlay in the new Encore building which is situated right next to the original Wynn hotel. Â XS is much like Tryst (located in the Wynn) but X100-much larger and more opulent. Â Boasting pool side booths, 10-foot rotating chandelier (yes, chandeliers are popular in Vegas) and a $10,000.00 cocktail!! Â Why anyone would pay $10,000.00 for a drink beats me, but the club looks really pretty so check it out.
There are always new clubs opening in Vegas so when you go hit us up and we will find out the best ones for you!
Also, if you want to do something different one evening I totally recommend the Dueling Pianos at hotel New York, New York. Â It is soooooo fun! Â Two guys, two pianos playing anything the audience requests. Â Last time I was there I sang at the top of my lungs and had the time of my life!! Â Get there early to ensure a table, or a good spot by the bar, this place gets packed! Â The shows are everyday from 8:00pm-2:30am. Â
Vegas is the kind of place you try things you don’t usually try, ride on a roller coaster on the top of the  Stratosphere, stay up all night, go on a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and ride in a limo everywhere! Â
Â
Â
There is so much that I didn’t cover, but never fear, the Coco & Lowe will be headed there soon so I will post Vegas part two sooooooooon!
xoxo,
Coco
