Does Olive and June have a base coat?
While base coats are most definitely beneficial for prolonging the life of a manicure, Olive & June founder Sarah Gibson Tuttle has two addition notes. First, she points out that some nail colors come with base coat built in (as is the case for Olive & June polishes).
Is Olive and June a good brand?
If you already paint your nails at home, I recommend trying Olive & June polishes. Depending on what you typically buy, these polishes may be more affordable than the salon brands, or more expensive but worth the upgrade from drugstore brands for better shades, opacity (or sheerness), and a smoother application.
